Abacus is conducting an energy and water,

energy strategies for their 1960s vintage headquarters building in Portsmouth, Virginia.
a Mid-Atlantic multifamily owner hired Abacus to develop 20 year capital plans for their multifamily portfolio, incorporating
energy upgrades and benchmarking in the analysis. The emphasis in this portfolio project is to provide energy and water saving
solutions that can be implemented as low cost, operational budget items as well as capital projects with longer payback periods.
